Order Cancellation Policy

We start preparing orders quickly so you get your items fast. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before your order enters fulfillment.

When can I cancel?

Whether an order can be canceled depends on its stage in our fulfillment process. “Processing” begins when your order is queued for picking/packing and can no longer be edited.

Shipped / handed to the carrier No—cancellation is no longer possible Please wait for delivery. You may return eligible items after delivery according to our standard return process. Shipping fees are not refundable for shipped orders under cancellation requests

How to request a cancellation

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Subject line: “Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]”
  • Include: order number, the email used at checkout, items you want to cancel (all or specific), and any helpful details

We’ll reply by email to confirm if the cancellation was completed or to share next steps if the order has already entered processing or shipped.

Partial cancellations and edits

  • If only part of your order is still unprocessed, we may be able to cancel specific items.
  • If your order still ships with remaining items, the $6.99 shipping fee will apply to that shipment.
  • Address or item changes are typically handled by canceling the affected items (if still possible) and placing a new order.

Refund timing and method

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex).
  • Once processed on our side, banks and payment providers usually post refunds within 3–10 business days, though timing can vary.
  • If a payment authorization is voided before capture, you may see the original charge drop off instead of a separate refund.
  • Discounts and promotions are adjusted proportionally if only part of an order is canceled.
