Because we pride ourselves on a highly efficient fulfillment process—designed to get your new wardrobe items to you as quickly as possible—our window for making changes or cancellations is naturally narrow.

This policy outlines the procedures, timelines, and requirements for modifying or canceling an order. We aim to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining the logistical integrity that allows us to offer our 1–3 day handling and 2–6 day transit times.

1. The "Golden Window" for Cancellations and Changes

To ensure our customers receive their orders promptly, our logistics team begins processing shipments almost immediately after the 5:00 PM (EST) daily cut-off time. Consequently, the ability to cancel or change an order depends entirely on where your order stands in our fulfillment pipeline.

2. Cancellation Policy

We offer a no-fee cancellation policy for any order that has not yet been processed by our warehouse.

2.1 Requesting a Cancellation

  • Before the 5:00 PM EST Cut-Off: If you place an order at 10:00 AM and email us by 2:00 PM, we can almost certainly cancel the transaction and issue an immediate refund.
  • After the Cut-Off / During Handling: If your order has already entered the 1–3 day handling phase, it may already be picked, packed, and staged for carrier pickup by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. In these instances, a cancellation may no longer be possible.

2.2 Refunds for Canceled Orders

Once a cancellation is confirmed by our team, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Consistent with our Refund Policy, please allow up to 12 business days for the credit to be reflected in your account, though cancellation refunds are typically processed much faster than return-based refunds.

Fees: There are zero fees for canceling an order. You will receive 100% of your purchase price, including the $6.99 shipping fee, back to your account.

3. Order Modification Policy

Modifications refer to changes in the order details rather than a full termination of the purchase. This includes changing a shipping address, swapping a size, or changing a color.

3.1 Shipping Address Changes

We prioritize shipping accuracy. If you noticed an error in your delivery address (e.g., wrong house number or zip code), contact us immediately.

  • Pre-Shipment: We can update the address in our system at no cost.
  • Post-Shipment: Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has been handed to the carrier, we cannot redirect the package. You may attempt to use the carrier's (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) "Package Intercept" tools, though these services are managed by the carrier and may incur their own fees.

3.2 Size, Color, or Item Swaps

Because our inventory of women’s clothing moves rapidly, we cannot always guarantee that an alternative size or color will be available if you change your mind after the order is placed.

The Best Approach: If you need a different size or color, the most reliable method is to cancel the original order (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct item. This ensures the item is reserved for you immediately.

4. Logistical Deadlines and Hours

Our ability to assist with cancellations and changes is governed by our operational hours and the daily cut-off time.

Note: Requests sent on Saturday or Sunday will be reviewed on Monday morning in the order they were received. Because our team begins processing weekend orders early Monday, the window for canceling weekend orders is typically before 9:00 AM EST on Monday.

5. What Happens if a Cancellation is Too Late?

If your order has already been processed or shipped by the time we receive your request, we cannot stop the delivery. Wpdog utilizes automated systems to ensure our 2–6 day transit time is met, which means labels are often printed and applied within hours of the order being placed.

In this scenario:

  • Please accept the delivery when it arrives.
  • Do not refuse the package, as this can lead to tracking complications and delays in your refund.
  • Utilize our 60-day Return Policy.
  • Once you receive the item, contact us for a return label. Remember, we offer free returns with no fees, so you will still receive a full refund once the item is returned to our Rock Hill facility.

6. Incorrect Items or Errors by Wpdog

If the reason for your "change" is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong size or a defective garment), please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. We will rectify the situation immediately by providing a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all shipping costs associated with the correction.

7. Automated Processing Notice

To maintain professional standards and speed, Wpdog uses an integrated fulfillment system. This system communicates directly with our carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx). Once an order reaches the "Manifested" stage, the data has already been transmitted to the carrier's digital network. At this point, the order is legally and logistically "in transit," even if it is still physically on our loading dock, making a cancellation impossible.

8. Fair Usage and Policy Abuse

While we are happy to accommodate cancellations and changes, we monitor for patterns of "Serial Cancellation." If a customer frequently cancels orders or requests changes after the processing window has begun, we reserve the right to flag the account for manual review. This ensures that our resources remain focused on providing efficient service to all our customers.
