We want you to feel good in what you wear. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within our stated window. Please read the details below before sending anything back.

Items that cannot be returned

• Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits
• Earrings
• Face masks
• Items marked final sale or non-returnable at checkout
• Used, altered, or damaged items (including signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant marks, scents, or pet hair)

Footwear must be tried on indoors only and returned with the shoe box in a protective mailer.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason. For defects, include clear photos and keep all packaging.
2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with authorization and instructions. If you choose a prepaid return label, we’ll send it by email.
3. Pack the item securely, include any packing slip/RMA, and ship within 7 days of approval.
4. Once delivered to our returns team, allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing.

Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Exchanges

• Fastest option: order the new size/color now and return the original for a refund.
• Direct exchange: we can process an exchange for the same item once your return is received and approved, subject to stock availability (we cannot reserve items in advance).

Refunds

• Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive your return; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
• The original shipping fee ($6.99) is non‑refundable except where we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective.
• If you use our prepaid return label for a change‑of‑mind return, $6.99 will be deducted from your refund per return package.
• Discounts are prorated across items; refunds reflect the price paid for each item.

Quality Checks & Ineligible Returns

Items must be in resaleable condition. If a return does not meet the requirements, we may deny the refund and offer to ship the item back at your cost. Unclaimed ineligible returns may be recycled after notice.

Gifts

To return a gift, please provide the order number or the purchaser’s name and email. Refunds go to the original payment method. Upon request, we can issue store credit to the purchaser instead.

Lost or Late Returns

• If you use our return label, we can help track the package. If you use your own carrier, please choose a trackable service; we aren’t responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Please ship your return within 7 days of authorization so we can process it promptly.
