Orders

How do I place an order?

Add your items to cart, choose your size and color, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your payment is authorized.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Maybe. We can help if your order has not yet entered fulfillment. Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. Once processing or shipping has started, we can’t guarantee edits or cancellations.

I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there within a few minutes, contact [email protected] so we can verify your order and update your email address if needed.

What happens if an item becomes unavailable after I order?

If an item cannot be fulfilled, we’ll notify you by email. You can choose an alternative if available or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

Sizing & Fit

Where can I find size information?

Each product page includes a size chart or fit notes specific to that style. Compare your body measurements to the chart for the best match.

How should I measure myself?

  • Bust/Chest: Measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
  • Waist: Measure at the narrowest point.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
  • Inseam: Measure from the top of the inner leg to the ankle.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout based on your address.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $6.99 per order unless otherwise shown at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

These estimates exclude carrier or weather delays. Any faster options, if available for your address, will be shown at checkout.

Can I update my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped, email [email protected] with the correct address and your order number. After shipment, address changes or rerouting are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When will I receive my tracking number?

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Tracking shows delivered but I can’t find my package.

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your building manager.
  • Look for a delivery notice or alternate delivery location.
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number for GPS/scan details.
  • If you still can’t locate it, email [email protected] and we’ll review next steps with you and the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address if your item is eligible.

Which items are returnable?

Return eligibility varies by item and condition. Generally, items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging). Some items may be marked final sale and not eligible for return. We’ll confirm eligibility during the return authorization process.

Who covers return shipping?

Return shipping methods and any related costs are confirmed during return authorization. We’ll share all details before you ship anything back.

Can I make an exchange?

Exchange availability depends on stock at the time we process your request. If an exchange isn’t available, we’ll guide you through a return for refund.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. If approved, we process the refund to your original payment method. Processing and posting times vary by bank; most customers see funds appear within several business days after approval.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We’ll notify you by email when the refund has been submitted.

My order was canceled before shipping. Will I be refunded?

If we confirm your cancellation before shipment, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
