Processing & Dispatch
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours are processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
Transit & Delivery Estimates
- Typical transit time after dispatch: 2–5 business days.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or remote delivery locations.

Tracking Your Order
- Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
- It can take up to 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating after the label is created.
- If tracking stalls or you have questions, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
Split Shipments
- To prevent delays, items may ship separately depending on availability or warehouse location.
- If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers at no extra shipping cost.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided.
- If you need to update the address, email [email protected] as soon as possible. We can assist if the order has not yet shipped.
- Once dispatched, we are unable to reroute packages.
Delivery Issues
- Can’t find your package after a delivery scan? First, check with household members, neighbors, building management, and any safe-drop areas.
- If still not located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan or last tracking update. We will help start a carrier trace and advise next steps.
- For damaged items, keep all packaging materials and share clear photos when you contact support so we can assist quickly.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refusal, we’ll contact you to confirm next steps.
- We can reship to an updated address; an additional $6.99 shipping fee may apply.
Availability & Coverage
- Shipping availability is shown at checkout based on your address. Some locations may have limited service.
- We partner with reliable carriers and may fulfill from multiple locations to ship orders efficiently.
